The preliminary design for renovation and expansion of Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in Manhattan, was unveiled on January 23. The new scheme, conceived by Richard Rogers with FXFowle and A. Epstein & Sons, will duplicate current surface of the Convention Center [Architectural Record].
