La vvienda se encuentra en la planta primera en un edificio de cinco plantas en el centro de la ciudad.

La reforma parte de dos viviendas que se han unido modificando radicalmente su antigua distribución con una propuesta que diferencia claramente entre la zona de día y la zona de noche, articuladas éstas por un generoso pasillo que permite una circulación nítida entre todas las estancias y le confiere, así, uniformidad al espacio.

Se ha potenciado al máximo del salón estar y el comedor mediante grandes ventanales que permiten disfrutar de una gran terraza ajardinada que recae sobre el patio de manzana. La cocina se conecta visualmente con el salón a través de unas casi imperceptibles puertas corredizas de vidrio.

Los dormitorios y baños se sitúan sobre la fachada del edificio y las medianeras. El dormitorio principal mira al extremo de la terraza donde se ubica el estanque, aportando vistas y luz natural al baño interior.

The apartment is located in the city centre of Valencia on the first floor of a five-storey building.

This project remodels two apartments that have been joined together, radically altering the former layout. The proposal clearly differentiates day and night areas, both of them articulated around a spacious corridor which allows a clear flow from one room to another, and provides the whole space with an overall homogeneous concept.

The living-room and dining-room have been enhanced to maximum effect through large windows, opening onto a large terrace with plants facing the inner courtyard of the block. The kitchen is visually connected to the dining-room by means of almost unnoticeable sliding glass doors.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are located against the building’s façade and party walls. The main bedroom gives onto one end of the terrace, the part where the small pond is located, in turn allowing views and natural daylight into the inner bathroom.
