Foster + Partners design a luxurious residential condominium (designboom) and Rem Koolhaas – OMA an automated parking complex, a combined bazaar and artists-in-residence center and arts center (designboom), in ‘Faena District‘ Miami Beach. The first phase of the district will launch in late 2014.
