Dubai: the ‘dynamic’ towers

Italian architect David Fisher designed the nicknamed "Rotating Towers",
high energy efficiency buildings featuring huge wind turbines between
its floors. This system will be able to produce eolic energy for ten of
those skyscrapers. Construction of the first 68-story tower is going to
start at the end of 2007 in Dubai. Rotating structures will determine
odd visual effects, because of the different shapes they could
